Privacy Policy

We here at Rhino Eco Inc. (“the Company” or “we”) respect the privacy of our users. Below is the Company’s privacy policy, which applies to all visits to the site [www.rhino-eco.com] (“the Site”) and use of the services offered on the Site and on the platforms that the Company operates/ makes available (“Company services”), together with the Terms of Use found on www.rhino-eco.com, as updated by the Company from time to time. The provisions of the Terms of Use, such as jurisdiction and choice of law, and risks and limits of liability, shall also apply in connection with this Privacy Policy. This does not detract from the provisions of any agreements with users of the Company site (as defined below) (“you” or “the user”). The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are hereinafter jointly called “Terms of Use”. Changes in the Terms of Use shall be in force from their publication on the Company site. The site and any platform that the Company operates/ makes available are for convenience referred to jointly as “the Company site”). It is clarified that this Privacy Policy applies to all views, attempts to use, and use of the Company site or parts thereof. It is also clarified that entering the Company site, registration for Company services, and use of the Company platform constitute consent on your part to the Privacy Policy, without limitation or reservation. If you do not consent to the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, you are asked to refrain from using the Company site. For terms that are not defined in the Privacy Policy, the definitions given in the Terms of Use shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy between this Privacy Policy and any individual purchase agreement with a Company customer, the terms of the individual agreement shall prevail. The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to explain the Company’s practice regarding users’ privacy, how the Company uses information submitted by users or collected by it when its services are used. This Privacy Policy is expressed using the masculine form for convenience only, and applies equally to all users. It is clarified that you have no legal obligation to submit any personal information (unless you have entered into an individual agreement with the Company – in which case you must provide the information required by law, for example in order to execute the agreement).

General

When you use Company services, the site collects information about you. Some of this data identifies you personally, that is, your name and other identifying details, such as address, contact details etc. This is data that you provide knowingly, for example when you register to obtain services on the Company site. Some of the data collected by the Company does not identify you personally. This is cumulative statistical data, such as advertisements you have read on the site, pages you viewed, offers and services that interested you, the IP address from which you contacted the site, and more. Registration for Company Services

Whenever you are required to submit personal details, when registering for Company service or asking for a Company representative to contact you, or as part of the documentation required to enter an agreement with the Company and its partners, you will only be asked for information that is directly necessary for this purpose.

Types of Information Collected and Manner of Collection

When you use the Company services, user information is collected, as follows:

User data

When using the Company site and Company services, for example when entering details on the Company site or other sites that advertise the Company, in emails and other correspondence or conversation with Company representatives, completing and signing agreements with the Company, the Company may collect identifying details about you (“user data”), such as your forename and Last Name, address, email address, gender, ID number, telephone number, date of birth, bank account details, credit card details etc. User data may also be provided by you when talking to Company representatives (including recorded calls). The Company also collects data about users that visit its site and use its services, including data that may create the need to open a user account and information about the user’s internet usage habits, offers and services that interest the user, and also data obtained from the browser, including the user’s IP address. The Company may store such information as data that is not personally identified. The Company collects data about your solar energy system and your actions in relation to the services provided by the Company in your personal zone.

Aggregate data

The Company collects aggregate data, statistical data and other data derived from the user data and/or the technical data that the Company may collect.

Consent

The consents that you give in the framework of this Privacy Policy for the use of user data shall also apply to “information” as defined in the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (“Privacy Protection Law”) and to other data that are not necessarily information (such as data about your private matters and your personal life), technical data, aggregate data, statistical data and more. This does not detract from the Company’s right to use such data, unless such use is explicitly banned by law. The Company’s services are not aimed at children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a person under the age of 18 uses the Company’s services, such use shall be blocked and we shall make our best efforts to delete any of their personal information stored by us.

Use of data
