The provisions of the Terms of Use, such as jurisdiction and choice of law, and risks and limits of liability, shall also apply in connection with this Privacy Policy. This does not detract from the provisions of any agreements with users of the Company site (as defined below) (“you” or “the user”). The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are hereinafter jointly called “Terms of Use”. Changes in the Terms of Use shall be in force from their publication on the Company site. It is clarified that you have no legal obligation to submit any personal information (unless you have entered into an individual agreement with the Company – in which case you must provide the information required by law, for example in order to execute the agreement).

The consents that you give in the framework of this Privacy Policy for the use of user data shall also apply to “information” as defined in the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (“Privacy Protection Law”) and to other data that are not necessarily information (such as data about your private matters and your personal life), technical data, aggregate data, statistical data and more. This does not detract from the Company’s right to use such data, unless such use is explicitly banned by law. The Company’s services are not aimed at children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a person under the age of 18 uses the Company’s services, such use shall be blocked and we shall make our best efforts to delete any of their personal information stored by us.
